Kimberley Martin, born in Yakima, Washington, attended Washington State University before transferring to the University of Washington, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design.
After 11 years in graphic design, Kimberley switched gears and began working part-time for a landscaping business, eventually transitioning to a full-time position.
Over the next 8 years, she gained extensive experience in landscaping, becoming the Special Projects Lead. In 2015, Kimberley founded Cyneburg Services, specializing in deck building, which allows her to utilize her passion for working with wood and precision.
At Cyneburg, the name is more than just a label – it's a reflection of my ethos and commitment to excellence. Derived from Old English, Cyneburg translates to "royal fortress," symbolizing strength, resilience, and regal quality. This name, rooted in the rich heritage of Gaelic tradition, also bears a personal touch, as it also means Kimberly.
Just as a royal fortress stands for protection and grandeur, at Cyneburg, I pledge to create an environment of safety and magnificence for my customers.
